The benefits of Mini Vacations

There is no doubt that we are living in challenging financial times.  Trying to coop with your bills every month can exhaust you emotionally and physically.
These days to take a month vacation for the most of us looks like a wonderful dream that is very hard to come true. Breathe in because the answer is regular on budget mini breaks.
According to Medical Daily it’s very important for your health and wellbeing to take regular vacations.  Many of you may say that you can't afford it! Let me explain…You can't afford NOT to do it as the money you are saving…you are going to spend it later for medical treatments.

The cause of the most health problems is stress and exhaustion which we are tend to put ourselves into on a daily basis. So if you are still sceptical have a look below what a vacation break can do for you.

1.      Boost your Productivity
According to one study, researchers found that "brief diversions from a task can dramatically improve one's ability to focus on that task for prolonged periods." So ditch the guilt and stretch your legs. Employees need to detach from their work in order to be more creative and productive.
And while these mini breaks can provide short-term stamina, it's still important to take longer breaks from work to sustain your productivity and reduce stress.

2.      Create life lasting memories with your family
There is a saying that “Families which play together…stay together”. And this is so true! Life goes fast and every day counts. Before you even know it your kids will go to college, make their own families and you will miss out to create and nurture strong relationships with them. Do you remember your child hood? What is that one thing you loved the most in your family life? Wasn’t the time you spend with your father fishing, or playing football? Why to take away this blessing from your children’s life? If you budget wisely you can afford to offer this precious gift to your loved ones!

3.      Boost your creativity and claim back your emotional balance
When we were children, playing was the most important part of our natural growth. Unfortunately as we were growing our parents, teachers and the society took away from us the most important tool we have in order to manifest our dreams and being in alignment with the energy forces of prosperity, health and wellbeing.
I am not trying to be “spiritual” here but if you go back in history and observe all successful people have something in common. They are great travellers! Travelling helps you to break patterns and habits. Travelling helps you to upgrade your energy levels. Travelling is boosting your creativity, your intuition and increases your ability to find solutions.
So this winter try to do something different. Cut from other expenses and invest in yourself and your loved ones! It’s the best investment you can do! Life it’s about living not merely existing! Bon Voyage!
